But like all great disciplines, it takes a genuine teacher to enable people to see Yoga in its true light and enjoy its long-term benefits at physical, mental and spiritual levels. Health and well being seekers deserve to learn this great branch of knowledge in its purity and originality so that they can achieve their health goals.

Hi, I am Nivriti Gargya and I have set up Mystique Moksha to share all the real benefits of Yoga with you. I have done my
Master’s Degree in Yoga and with years of local and international experience and training, I understand not only the physical aspect but also have a deep understanding of the philosophy of how yoga helps us internally and externally.

Corporate experience helps me become a better teacher: I have been in corporate environment (worked as an insurance professional for 9 years) and understand the stress and anxiety caused by modern day work culture. I was always active in sports while pursuing my career, and when life offered me a chance to slow down and take stock (after my first child), I decided to make health & fitness my chosen profession. I did Reebok Fitness Certification course and took Aerobics classes for couple of years. Later, I shifted my whole focus towards to yoga and have been devoted to it ever since.

My qualifications and experience: I have a Masters in Yoga therapies and have completed more than 3000 hours of yoga training in Yoga philosophy, Patanjali Yoga Sutra and Hatha Yoga, Vedic chanting, Bhagwad Gita, Philosophy, Science and consciousness, Yoga therapy training, Anatomy and Physiology, Yoga therapy for common ailments, Yoga therapy Camps for Diabetes, Yoga therapy and other healing modalities, continued with Advanced Yoga techniques for therapy and Special Meditation and Advanced Pranayama techniques for managing Psycho-somatic ailments. I am also actively involved with Community Centers, Councils and YMCA.

What I cover in my Yoga classes: At Mystique Moksha, I conduct yoga classes for general fitness, weight loss along with individual therapies for various ailments. I also conduct children and senior citizens yoga sessions. As a qualified Yoga teacher, I am trained not only in running effective group classes, but also to design Yoga packages to suit different needs of different people. I make it a point to communicate with my clients and explain complex ideas and exercises clearly in order to encourage and inspire them to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Yoga is a comprehensive and holistic approach to health, happiness, and wellbeing. But unless practiced by a real master who has the education, experience and knowledge, you are likely to get only superficial benefits of Yoga. The truth is, there is much more to Yoga than just
physical wellbeing.

Yoga believes that there are indeed five bodies, five layers (sheaths) of self or being, that must be addressed for overall healing to take place. They are:

  • Energy Body (Prana-maya Maya Kosha)
  • Mental Body (Mano-maya Kosha)
  • Wisdom Body (Vijnana-maya Kosha)
  • Bliss Body (Anand-maya Kosha)
