Yoga for Strength, Stability & Stamina

Strength, stability and stamina -, these words represent holistic well being of a person. If you are lacking in any one of them, it will show in your quality of life especially if you are the sporty kind or if your work involves hard labour. The Mystique Moksha Yoga package for Strength, Stabilty & Stamina is a package of Asanas such as Trikonasana (triangle pose) and Naukasana (boat pose), as well as breathing practices for increasing strength and stamina.


There can be various reasons for gaining weight, for example thyroid imbalance, lack of sleep, stress
and many more. These factors also affect the flow of energy impact metabolism in the body. The Mystique Moksha Yoga package for Weight Loss features Asanas like Naukasana (boat pose), Dandasana (plank pose), Surya Namaskar (sun salutations) for weight loss. These asanas help burn calories, build muscle tone, and give more flexibility.

Yoga for Concentration & Focus

We live in the age of information overload. Coupled with our busy lives, it is always a challenge to focus on important aspect of life. In the Mystique Moksha Yoga package for Concentration & Focus, we use Bhastrika Pranayama and Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) and Sirsasana (Headstand). Breathing helps in bringing clarity of mind, remove distractions and improve creative thinking and rational approach to problems. Meditative practices increase mindfulness, and instil tranquillity.


Stiff and tightness of the body is generally a result of sedentary life style or early onset of arthritis. Whatever the cause, Yoga offers a range of Asanas and exercises to enhance mobility and flexibility in the body. The Mystique Moksha Yoga package for Flexibility & Mobility features all stages of Pavanmukt asana series for loosening of joints, along with Pranayama which improves energy flow in the body.


Stress is part of our fast-paced lives and it is critical that we manage it effectively. Our system is continuously challenged by emotional and mental stress and it can greatly upset the physiological balance. The Mystique Moksha Yoga package for Stress Reduction offers several techniques catering to the structure and personality of every individual. Some of the key Asanas used in this package are Tadasana and Garudasana (eagle pose) with correct sequence of pranayama followed by Yoga Nidra helps in managing and releasing stress at all levels.


Age brings its own set of challenges for everyone. It is important for our senior citizens to maintain strength and flexibility without too much pressure on the body. The Mystique Moksha Yoga package for Seniors includes many exercises aimed at loosening of joints and chair yoga practices. In addition, alternate nostril Pranayama energises the body and deep relaxation techniques rejuvenate the body and mind.


Athletes and sports persons put their bodies through a lot of rigor and activity. Since they are already in good physical condition, we have created a special set under the Mystique Moksha Yoga for Athletes Package to help them recover faster and treat minor problems of the body such as sore knees, tight hamstrings and lower back pain. Yoga helps in improving muscle and joint alignment for better stability. Asanas stretch muscles pre-run and protects any risk of injury. We use Asanas like Bhujangasana and Pranayama to improve respiration and lung capacity.

Yoga for children and teens

Today’s kids grow up in a ‘hurry up’ world. On top of that, they also go through variety of emotional and physical changes as they enter high school. To meet their own set of physical and psychological challenges, Yoga is the ideal solution. Children derive enormous benefits from yoga. Yoga is a comprehensive and holistic approach to health, happiness, and wellbeing. But unless practiced by a real master who has the education, experience and knowledge, you are likely to get only superficial benefits of Yoga. The truth is, there is much more to Yoga than just
