Since 2015, International Day of Yoga is observed on 21st June to spread awareness among the masses about the importance of Yoga and its effects upon human health. Mystique Moksha Yoga Studio celebrates the event with the Yoga Community every year. We welcome you to join us for our most awaited One Day Retreat at Swami’s, one of the oldest Retreat Houses in Sydney established in more than 60 Acre land. It is just like another home for yoga enthusiasts.

- We will welcome you at 8:45 AM near the yoga room at the venue.
- Spend the day exploring yourself in the lap of nature…at Swami’s.
- Challenging yourself with Hatha Yoga Practice.
- Rejuvenating & energising with Pranayama.
- Reflecting and relaxing with Meditation.
- Emerging like a blissful version of yourself with Sound Healing.
What's Included?
Hatha Yoga Practice with a focus on morning yoga kriyas and pranayama.
Nature walks with outdoor meditation (weather permitting)
Yin and Restorative session and Sound Healing.
Workshop with a backdrop of yoga philosophy.
Free time to access to venue facilities – pool, steam room, sauna, gym, bush walks.
A delicious, nurturing lunch and dinner as well as fresh fruits after the morning session. Herbal Tea is available throughout the day.
The theme of IDY 2026 is Humanity, and to honour that we have designed a few offers:
If you are a registered member with Mystique Moksha, you get 5% concession for the retreat and 10% off on your next purchase (class passes or workshops).
If you are just a retreaters and have been to our previous retreats, we honour you with 10% concession for the retreat.
If you are struggling with finances at this stage, please reach out to Nivriti. She would be more than happy to give you special offer. Do not hesitate and feel embarrassed, we should all support each other in whatever way we can.
If you haven’t returned to yoga after covid and want to make your comeback, one day retreat is excellent way to do that. The schedule is designed so all levels of practitioners can achieve their goals.
In case you are interested in bringing along your children (aged between 8 y/o – 18y/o), we offer the child 25% concession.

Cancellation policy:
Organisers have the right to change the venue, change the dates or cancel the retreat dependent on a variety of factors that will be disclosed in the event of such changes.
In the event of venue or date changes or cancellation, organisers will inform all guests who have paid a non-refundable deposit or paid for their retreat in full, to discuss the next steps.
