Mystique Moksha Celebrates
International Day of Yoga 2026

Establishing Culture of Wellbeing through United Consciousness

21st June, 9:30 am – 6:00 pm AEST | Swami's Retreat House, Kenthurst

Every year on 21 June, the world pauses to honour the ancient wisdom of yoga, and for over a decade, Mystique Moksha WELLNESS marked this day by coming together in community.

This year, we return to Swami’s — one of Sydney’s oldest and most beloved retreat houses, set across more than 60 acres of natural bushland — for our 12th year celebration of the International Day of Yoga.

Whether you are a long-time practitioner or finding your way back to your mat, this one-day retreat is a rare invitation: to slow down, go inward, and emerge renewed — surrounded by nature and like-minded souls.
