HATHA OFFICE OFFSET
It is a simple session to destress the mind and nervous system and to offset the mechanical damage of our modern, tech dominant work days. Ideal for anyone office based, working at a desk for hours or even sitting and driving for extended periods of time. We will focus on key areas such as neck, shoulders, hands, wrists, lower back, tight hips, psoas muscle and hamstrings. This session is structured so that these key areas are treated consistently.
