After the last successful workshop, we are offering another one for our beautiful community. Trees shed their leaves in Autumn, Letting go, shedding, slowing down. Preparing for deep rest needed to survive the winter cold. Just like the trees around us, as we transition into autumn we need to connect to nature’s cycles and slow down, let go and shed. Join for a beautiful experience with Yin Yoga and Blissful Sound Healing to help you: – let go of what no longer serves you, – Find deep rest – Create space to turn inwards towards stillness
What to expect:

The healing experience of long-held Yin Yoga poses with a focus on the lung, large intestine and kidney meridians to help you release and let go of waste. The Yoga practice will be complemented by the therapeutic effects of sound healing and vibration.

Sound Bath to the magical sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal singing bowls, Handpan, chimes, ocean drums and other instruments to integrate the effects of the yoga practice and to find deep rest and relaxation

Herbal Tea and Closing Circle

From this workshop, you will gain:

– Deep relaxation

– Healing through sound vibration

– An opportunity to slow down, let go and find stillness, leading to greater mental clarity and focus.

– Balancing Qi energy & Chakras

– A community of beautiful spirits to share your experience with

 This practice is suitable for everybody, even those who have not practised yoga before. This will be a gentle, accessible, and stationary practice, using the support of yoga props such as bolsters.

About your teacher:

Toonie is a certified Sound healing practitioner, Reiki Master and Yoga & mindfulness teacher. Toonie have been running many successful workshops/events and last event at Mystique Moksha was successful too:)

Special Instructions

What to bring:

All equipment such as yoga mats, bolsters, blocks and blankets will be provided, all you need to bring are the following: 

-Please make sure to have a light lunch and not eat for at least 2 hours before the event.

– Water bottle

– Warm clothing e.g. jacket, socks for meditation

Please arrive 10 min early.
