YOGA FOR MUMS & BUBS
Being a new mum is challenging, whether you are a newcomer or a veteran. This class ticks all the boxes for new mums, mingling with other mums, time for you, time with bub and some much needed nervous system regulation. The class will begin with breathwork, gentle stretches and you will be guided through restorative poses and finally a guided meditation to send you home in a balanced and blissful state.
We have cosy chairs in a private nook for breast-feeding, a baby change table in the bathroom and a selection of convenient cafes for an after-class tea or coffee!
